La Conner, WA
This is not a formal retreat, but it shares elements of a retreat: it is a gathering of women, we will be looking together to the creative energy of midlife and we’ll be eating! It’s not long enough to take space and reflect the way that a formal retreat would, but you trade that for Barbie!
There is power in coming together and being real and honest about what this moment means for us, what the challenges are and the hidden strengths that we can be reminded to access.
We’ll gather for hanging out and eating dinner in La Conner then head to the Lincoln for the movie.
It’s a potluck and the theme is “Girl Dinner”. I don’t know about you, but as I’ve been focusing on my health, I’m getting more particular. I absolutely love eating things that make sense even if they don’t seem like a “regular dinner”. I eat cheese, crackers, yogurt, fruits and veggies, leftovers, bits of meat, nuts, the list goes on (and some chocolate, chips…). So I thought a girl dinner would be fantastic, we can all bring a contribution and then just graze while we visit!
If you’d like to join me for this afternoon and evening of fun, fill out this form, and reach out if you have any questions. Hope to see you next Saturday night!
